WARRANTY INFORMATION:
One-Year Limited Warranty
This product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for 1 year from the original purchase date. This warranty
covers the original purchaser only and is not assignable or
transferable to any other party. This warranty covers the Therapure®
air purifier used for non-commercial household purposes only. This
warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident, misuse or any
use other than as described in your owner's manual, or damage resulting
from failure to maintain and clean this product as specified in your
owner's manual.
Remedies
Should this product have a defect covered by this warranty, we will
either replace or repair the product, at our sole discretion, without
charge to you. A shipping and processing charge fee may apply. To
obtain service under warranty, simply call our customer service center
toll-free at 800.875.8577. Products returned must be shipped postage
paid. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. All
products or parts that are returned for replacement become our property. Limit of Liability
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of this product.
We will not be liable for any other damages, including, without
limitation, those resulting from the alleged breach of any express or
implied warranties. This warranty represents the entire agreement
between the parties. This warranty may not be altered in any way. This
warranty gives you specific rights which differ from state to state so
some portions of this warranty may or may not apply to you. |
